I LOVE Greek Wraps, but I’ve never really made them at home. This recipe uses ground Turkey to make it a little lighter and Greek yogurt. It’s so delicious!
Makes 2 wraps!

Ingredients:
- 1/2 Pound Lean Ground Turkey
- 1/2 Red Onion, Sliced
- 1/2 Cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- 2 Tsp Olive Oil
- 1/4 Cup Feta Cheese
- Sea Salt & Pepper, to Taste
- 2 Whole Wheat Tortillas
- 1 Tsp Greek Seasoning
- 2 Tbsp Greek Yogurt (for dipping)
Directions:
Place 1 Tsp olive oil and red onions into pan and cook on medium heat until onions are soft, about 10 minutes.
Add lean ground turkey and cook for an additional 10 minutes, until cooked through. Drain the turkey, then add in tomatoes and seasoning, cook for 2 – 3 additional minutes, remove from stove.
Place ½ the mixture on each tortilla; top with feta cheese, and roll the wraps.
Place pan back on stove with 1 Tsp olive oil at medium heat. Place the wraps into the pan and cook for 2 -3 minutes per side until Tortilla starts to crisp.
Dip into Greek yogurt (optional)
