What is Beachbody On Demand?
Beachbody On Demand takes Team Beachbody Club to a new level by allowing members to stream Beachbody workout programs directly to their iphones, tablets, laptops, ipads, etc. Like the Netflix of Beachbody 🙂

This program is going into a trial for Beachbody coaches in February 2015; and then a broader release is expected in the Spring of 2015. The program will initially include many popular Beachbody programs, including Tony Horton’s P90X Series (P90X, P90X2, and P90X3), Insanity, Insanity: The Asylum, Â Les Mills Combat, Les Mills Pump, ChaLEAN Extreme, and Hip Hop Abs.

Workouts will all be played in a mobile browser with an internet connection and will be compatible with iOS and Android phones and tablets, as well as laptops.
These workouts will be in High Definition and available anywhere in the world!

Why I am excited about Beachbody On Demand
I am extremely excited about this program. While all the details are not yet available, there are a lot of things that get me really amped up about this:
- Try before you buy – Beachbody has said programs that are not included in the initial rollout will have sample workouts that you can try. This means you can find a workout you LOVE before committing to a program that you have never tried.
- Instant Access – Let’s face it – it’s 2015 now. People don’t want to wait for DVD’s to ship in the mail. Not to mention, a lot of people don’t even own DVD players any more.
- Updated content – Â During Super Saturday it was mentioned they would update content monthly. That can mean fresh workouts and something new to try all the time
- Cheap – I mean really. $2.99 a week??
When I get the chance to preview this program in February, I will make another post with all my first impressions, but this just might be the biggest announcement since Shakeology!
What are your thoughts? What are you looking forward to in this program, and do you have concerns about it? I’d love to hear them in the comments!
