21 Day Postpartum Progress

My 3-week postpartum fitness progress is in! 👶 💪

It’s never easy for me to share these pics BUT it holds me more accountable and I hope it can help inspire you to believe in yourself to make the changes you want in YOUR life (whether it’s fitness or anything else!)

Here are my 3 week postpartum progress pictures as of Monday!

So far, I’m down 9 pounds and I’m feeling WAY more energy and better about myself!

But there is a BIG back story to this journey!!

My 3rd baby Keegan was born on August 1st, and I got cleared by my doctor to workout at my 6 week postpartum appointment.

I decided to commit 100% to a 100 day workout challenge!

Why 100 days?

My Dad was diagnosed with Leukemia back in April & he is currently in a 100 day isolation period following his stem cell transplant. Thankfully, he is doing AWESOME 🙏!

There’s A LOT he can’t do during this time. Tons of rules about visitors, where he can & can’t go, what he can & can’t eat.

I thought…..what are the chances that right as he goes through this, right as a brand new 100 day workout program gets released for the first time ever?

It was pretty obvious I was MEANT to commit to this workout, & so I did! This is only 21 days of progress out of 100 days, but I’m damn proud of myself! I’m doing this for my kids and my Dad. And when I commit to something, and REALLY commit, I go ALL IN!

Through sleepless nights, adjusting to being a mom of 3, running a business, visitors, and traveling – through it all I NEVER missed a day and stayed on track!

I’ve been down this road before & I know it takes A LOT of patience! I know we all want results fast – but the truth is, it takes time. Especially after a baby! I have a long way to go still, and as much as I want it all to just melt away, I know that’s not how it works. It takes time & consistency!

I’m leading by example for my kids & becoming the healthiest mama I can be by doing it the RIGHT way!

I’m SO excited because I have so many new mamas who’ve joined me & are working on themselves & I’m so proud of them!

If you’ve been following along, it’s almost the end of an entire decade. 2019 is coming to a close in just a few months.  Don’t you want to set yourself up for an incredible 2020?

Because I know I want to! I know Fall can be sweater weather and where we let it all go, but I’m determined to go into the next decade feeling awesome, energetic, and excited, and setting a great example for my family along the way.

Oh, and PS – I’m going to keep updating that Instagram feature story as I progress. Today is day #24 out of 100 so I have a long way to go still but I’m committed to the outcome. Where do YOU want to be in 75 days from today? I know where I am going!
