How Long is 22 Minute Hard Corps?
The program length is 8 weeks, so a little less than 2 months. The workouts themselves are just 22 Minutes but they are INTENSE from start to finish. I know for a busy mom like me, I am really looking forward to getting the workouts IN AND DONE for the day!
What equipment do I need for 22 Minute Hard Corps?
A weight, or in the infomercial they use a sand bag (included in the Deluxe Kit and the Challenge Pack). Most of the routines are all body weight based.
What workouts do I get with 22 Minute Hard Corps?
There are six primary workouts – three Cardio routines and three Resistance routines.
There are also two core workouts.
