I’m really excited about this upcoming program from Shaun T called Cize. Branded as “The End of Exercise”, CIZE is a 4-week program that teaches you to dance and gives you a great cardio workout. Shaun breaks down the moves step by step and then builds them into a full dance sequence. It’s choreagraphed to the latest pop music to keep the energy high!
I’ll be honest -I’m not much of a dancer – but this looks like a LOT of fun!
