I know I’ve been on a total whirlwind of excitement recently, with the release of Country Heat, but I can NOT WAIT to do this program come November!
We don’t have a lot of details yet, but here is what I do know:
How Long is Core De Force?
Core De Force is a 30 Day program. They haven’t announced the workout durations yet, but each workout consists of 3 minute “rounds” (like boxing). My best guess is they will be in the 30 minute range. That’s a sweet spot for a lot of people, especially busy people and moms like myself!
Who are the Trainers in Core De Force?
This is Beachbody’s first program from Super Trainers Joel Freeman and Jericho McMatthews. For those of you who don’t know who they are, they created Les Mills Pump and have a strong MMA background. I had a chance to work out with them at Beachbody’s Leadership Event in Coronado, California last October, and it was incredible. Their workouts were very well timed to really push you hard.
I’ve met both of them at various Beachbody events and they are just so inspiring and fired up!
What are the Core De Force Moves?
The workouts are broken into 3-minute rounds. In those 3 minutes you’ll alternate between Boxing, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai-inspired combinations, bodyweight training, and cardio spikes, so it’s a MMA and also a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).
Why is it called Core De Force?
All the moves involve rotation, whether it’s a punch or a kick, and this constant rotation over the time of the workout will give you a strong core. And it will be way more fun than situps 🙂
How intense is Core De Force? Can a beginner do Core De Force?
This is a good program for everyone, and it’s simple to get into. There are modifiers, like most beachbody programs, so you can go easier.
What equipment do I need for Core De Force?
Nothing! It’s all body weight.
What does Core De Force come with?
