Core De Force Meal Prep and What We Are Eating on Day #1

Hey Friends!

I wanted to share with you what Nick and I are going to be eating tomorrow on our new plan, which will be following for the next 30 days, that I am really excited about!

We are starting on a new journey with a brand-new program, Core De Force, for the next 30 days. I am really excited about it and do I NEED this program!

Typically I would prepare more food in advance… and in total honesty, I am not a fan of cooking. If it were up to me, if I didn’t plan out my day in advance, I would probably eat eggs all day long. Because if you fail to plan, you PLAN to fail!

I had my menu all printed out (see my post yesterday with my meal plan for the week and grocery list!) Β and tomorrow we are going to have:

Lunch is going to beΒ Chicken Lettuce Wrap w/ balsamic dressing

I cut up red peppers and put them into Mason Jars (mason jars are AWESOME! for meal prepping, you can get them at Target or Amazon for cheap!) and prepared the balsamic chicken, and also cooked and diced the chicken so it’s all ready to go.

Getting onto this new plan will be a struggle for us, because the past few months I have let emotional eating take over and I have built some bad habits that need to be broken. Last night we had a “last supper” (HAHA) with some pizza & a few cocktails, which will be the LAST ONES for the next 30 days! That’s real life, right! We are only human, we fell of track, but we are getting BACK on track and I’m going to share the whole journey with you.

Dinner will be Grilled Tilapia with Kale and Sweet Potatoes.Β And usually I would have more prepped but we had a busy day today and by the time we got home and got the kids in bed, we couldn’t prep for the whole week, so we got Monday squared up at least!

I know a lot of you have been asking me, “What does the meal plan look like for Core De Force?”Β and I put up in yesterday’s post the full week’s meal plan with the recipes and grocery list. So Week #1 will be super simple for everyone πŸ™‚

I will be sharing more this week. Also our kids will be eating the same things as us – trying to make sure they eat healthy also and we set a good example for them! This will make it easier also than preparing different meals for everyone.
