Healthy Lemon Caeser Dressing | Clean Eating Salad Dressings

This recipe is from the Fixate cookbook! (HIGHLY recommend, especially if you are following the 21 Day Fix!). 

So, for lunch today I made this awesome Steak Caeser Salad with avocado, tomato, egg ,and sauteed onions and peppers. It was so good! But i looked in my cabinet, and all I had was Ken’s Steak House Caeser Dressing. Juts glancing at the label and I knew I wanted a better option. So I cracked open my fixate Cookbook and found this awesome, and very easy, Caeser dressing recipe! I put extra lemon in it because I LOVE that lemon flavor!

Steal Caeser Salad with Avocado, Egg, and Sauteed Pepper & onion

Makes 10 servings (2 Tbsp each)

  • 8 oz reduced fat greek yogurt
  • 1/3 Cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (alternately: ¼ cup mayonnaise)
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice (you can use up to 5 Tbsp for more lemon-y flavor)
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 anchovies (or 1 to 2 tsp. anchovy paste)
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • Sea salt and ground black pepper (to taste; optional)


Super complicated ……. place in a food processor and pulse. Add to salad. 🙂
