LIIFT4, Joel Freeman’s new HIIT Program, is HERE! Details on the new program and how to join our EXCLUSIVE test group!

I am so excited guys. Joel Freeman, the create of Core De Force, which was one of my favorite programs ever, is just launching a brand-new program which called LIIFT4. 

This HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) program is unique because it is only 30 minutes, 4 days per week. That is about as minimal as a time commitment as you can go and still get fitness results. But what is surprising is that despite this workout only being 4 days per week, the results are crazy.

The other awesome thing about LIIFT4 is that each workout is different. So, for eight weeks, four days per week, (32 total workouts, if your math is working for you!!) you get completely unique workouts. I love this, similar to how 80 Day Obsession was, it keeps the workouts much more interesting instead of watching the same videos week in and week out.

LIIFT4 Program Details

LIIFT4 is a program designed for people who have a baseline of fitness. It’s NOT a beginner program, despite the fact that it is only four days per week, that means that during those four days, you have to work HARD and PUSH yourself. It’s based on HIIT, which stands for High Intensity Interval Training. This type of training is where you work very hard for a short period of time (usually 30 seconds), with a short break in between. This makes your heart rate spike & drop during the workout which produces massive fat loss and results. There are modifiers though, so even if you aren’t a fitness pro, you can still do this program!

What Equipment do I need for LIIFT4?

Dumbbells are preferred for LIIFT4, but not required. You can use a band instead. However, I have a set of Bowflex Selecttech dumbbells, and to be honest, they are totally worth the investment. They take up very little space in our bedroom and my husband and I have been using these since we did P90X way back in 2009, at least 3 – 4 times per week each, and they have held up perfectly!!

Besides that, you may want a mat for on the floor moves. And a water bottle & towel!

You will also need a laptop or phone so you can stream or cast the workouts to a TV or do it from the Beachbody On Demand app. DVD’s have officially gone the way of the dinosaur.
