21 Day FIx Beef and Butternut Squash Stew

Hearty Beef and Butternut Squash Stew | 21 Day Fix Extreme

I’ve been REALLY enjoying the recipes that come with the 21 Day Fix Extreme. They leave me feeling full and they taste so good – you would never know they were a part of a nutrition program, especially a program as intense as the 21 Day Fix Extreme.

This recipe comes in the 21 Day Fix Eating Plan and I made it last night for dinner. It was absolutely delicious. The only thing I changed is I had to add a little more beef broth in because with the single cup it calls for it mostly boiled off and it was not as soupy as I would like. It was a also surprisingly spicy given the 1 TSP of pepper; I like spicy so I was good with that but if you are sensitive to spice I might back of jusssst a bit on the pepper.

The receipt counts for 1 Green and 1 Red container. If you have tried this, let me know your thoughts in the comments! Yum!
