This recipe is from the Fixate cookbook! (HIGHLY recommend, especially if you are following the 21 Day Fix!).
For the past few weeks I have gotten lazy and every time I made a salad I would simply throw Balsamic Vinegar on it and call it a day. Nothing against balsamic (I LOVE it on a Tuna Salad) – but it was starting to get a little boring.
Last week I made a Steak Caeser Salad and used the Fixate Lemon Caeser Dressing – which was delicious. Today, I had a grilled chicken salad and used the Honey Mustard. And I think I am in LOVE! It’s so easy to make – 5 minutes – and tastes amazing.
Makes 8 servings (2 Tbsp each)

Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup reduced fat greek yogurt
- 3 Tbsp dijon mustard
- 3 Tbsp raw honey
- 3 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/4 Cup extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt, to tatse
Directions:
Mix all ingredients with a whisk!
