I am SUPER PUMPED about Beachbody’s newest program, Country Heat, coming out in August!

OK ….. a little more honesty …  I’ll admit it. I wasn’t that crazy excited about it … AT FIRST.

I’ve always done fitness programs and so I like the results I have gotten from the more “extreme” programs like Insanity, P90X, and the 21 Day Fix Extreme. I just thought this program wouldn’t be intense enough.

BUT … I LOVE Country Music (even though I live in Massachusetts!) and yesterday I was in on a live video chat on Facebook with Autumn Calabrese, who created this program, and she said a few things that really stuck with me that have turned me on to this program.

  1. Guys, Country Heat is NOT Line Dancing!! Country Heat is a Cardio Based Dance Fitness Program. The #1 streamed program on Beachbody On Demand in 2015 was the 21 Day Fix – Cardio Fix program, and that is for a reason – there is a modified move, there are no weights involved, and it’s accessible to beginners.
