It’s the weekend!
Cocktails contain a TON of calories! The best way to minimize this is to stick with liquors and low or no-sugar mixers. Wine is also OK if you want to indulge a bit!
And if you’re wanting to enjoy some Holiday Cocktails but want to keep the calories to a minimum then check this delicious Pomegranate Mojito out!
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup light pomegranate juice
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 ounce rum
- 1/4 teaspoon Stevia
- 1/2 cup champagne
- Pomegranate seeds
In a glass, add pomegranate juice, lime juice, rum, and stevia. Mix well. Fill the glass with ice cubes and top it off with champagne and pomegranate seeds.
