After our free 5 Day Crockpot Group finished, I was feeling motivated to try and find some more health, delicious recipes. For December I will almost definitely run 5 NEW crockpot recipes and this will probably be there in the list!
This recipe was, once again, SUPER easy! Took about 5 minutes of prep work in the morning, nothing has to be cooked ahead of time – throw it in the crock pot and walk away! Six hours later, we had a delicious meal that the kids completely demolished! (and my husband)!
This recipe makes about six servings!

Ingredients:
- (1.5) Pound Chicken Breast (cubed)
- (1) Yellow Onion, Diced
- (1) Package Bella Mushrooms, sliced thin
- (1-1/2) 10.5oz cans Cream of Mushroom
- (1) Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- (1.5) Cups Beef Broth
- (2) Tsp Minced Garlic
- (1) Tsp Pepper
- (1) Tsp Himalayan Salt
- (1) 12 oz Package Penne (or Pasta of your choice)
- Parsley & fresh Parmesan, for garnish
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a crockpot! Turn on LOW for 6 hours, then turn to WARM until ready to eat!
If it ends up being too dry, you can add a little extra broth or greek yogurt!
Once served, sprinkle Parmesan & Parsley on to taste! ENJOY!
