This absolutely delicious Mango Lime dressing was a recipe out of the Core De Force Eating Plan. It only takes a few minutes to whip up and is GREAT!
In the Eating Plan, they pair this dressing with a flank steak salad, but this would also go great with grilled / charred chicken, and the lime / orange / mange tropical flavors would also make an awesome dressing for shrimp or even scallops.
I made the full recipe, which makes 12 servings, which is quite a bit more than I needed. Whoops! But I placed it in a mason jar in my fridge, and it is holding up quite nicely. Definitely worth making!

Ingredients:
- (1) Large Mango
- (3) Limes, juiced
- (1) Orange, juiced
- (1-1/2 Tsp) Lime Zest or chopped lime peel
- (1) Tbsp Raw Honey
- (1/2) Tsp Ground Cumin
- (1/2) Tsp Sea Salt
- (1/2) Tsp Ground Black Pepper
- (1/2) Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions:
Combine the mango, lime juice, orange juice, lime peel / zest, honey, cumin, salt and pepper in a blender or food processor (I used my NutriBullet) and blend until smooth. Add in the oil and pulse until well mixed. Store in the fridge.
